The staff are courteous. the hotel is fairly clean. - the breakfast is satisfactory. - the location is marvelous, just 2 miles from Thompson Rivers University. - the rooms are clean and include a microwave, coffee and tea making facilities, and a fridge. the Holiday Inn Express Kamloops offers friendly staff, clean accommodations, and a convenient location close to the university. Guests can enjoy a satisfying breakfast and well-equipped rooms with amenities like a microwave and fridge.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was modern and neat. Its personnel was affable and gentle, no complaints.

There was fresh food, the staff was fairly friendly. I booked new-fashioned queen room here with a bar fridge and modern decor and a Jacuzzi. This was a great and handy location really close to very nice dog park and the Casino which had a decent bar.

This luxury hotel worth its 3 stars, everything was perfect. We had an impressive queen room facing mountain. The beds were extremely comfy and the staff was accommodating. The venue was in a handy location, cLOSE TO EVERYTHING. Nice stay, as always.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and were able to answer all of my questions. My room was spacious and I loved the Jacuzzi and large bed. The view from my room was great.

The hotel is newly renovated and in great shape. There is a new casino within walking distance for those that are interested.

The tv is improved but you still can't rent a movie on it. I don't know why but most of the hotels in Kamloops seem to be that way.
