The location was great, at a medium distance from Louis Joliet Mall. It was located in a nice area not far from many other restaurants as well as many stores, a fabulous base for me. Huge and big size room with a good breakfast, everything was brand-new.

The bed was really soft and the rate was competitive.

The lamp shade was ripped, there was a large hole in the back of the office chair, the desk was sprayed with some substance and not wiped down, there was mold on the shower curtain and there were clothing size stickers on the back of the bathroom door that housekeeping didn't remove. I showed the manager pictures of it all and she did give us a small discount due to the mold. Also, half the building faces a car lot with bright lights on all night. There was a heavy curtain to block out the light, but it had holes in it as well.

Great position in western suburbs. And so close to across the street, the mall and shopping area, and several restaurants as well as shopping centers. Nice building and rooms with a good breakfast.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, as it was near some great restaurants. The staff was friendly and provided us with helpful recommendations for places to eat. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice basic amenities. I especially appreciated the sheer curtains, which allowed just the right amount of natural light into the room. Additionally, the breakfast served in the morning was delicious and had a good variety of options.
