We were in Brownsburg for 1 day, had real good stay, the hotel was perfectly clean with comfy location in the middle of jackson. Great-sized and brand-new room, it had central heating, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Great bed gave us a good nights sleep.

The hot breakfast at Quality Inn Indianapolis-Brownsburg was fantastic. The location of the hotel is ideal. Having a king size bed in the room was a pleasant surprise. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, like Steak 'n Shake, which is just a 5-minute walk away. We would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again.

The pillows were extra fluffy and the breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel is in need of a lot of renovation. The carpet has been patched badly in various spots. The in-room coffee maker, cups, and ice bucket were on a low table that would normally be used as the primary suitcase valet, thus my wife used the folding suitcase valet and mine suitcase was standing up against the wall. Various scuff marks on the walls, wallpaper coming lose, etc.

Staff was polite.

Our room had multiple stains in the carpet, wallpaper was peeling and coming off in several spots, and there were extremely loud banging noises throughout the entire hotel at 2am. We paid way too much money for a crappy room.

The hotel provides a good service. It offers brand-new rooms with a jacuzzi, fresh towels plus fresh sheets.

The hotel was clean and updated, and the staff was friendly. The spa bath was excellent, and the king suite was spacious and comfortable. My three children enjoyed the breakfast, which had a variety of items and ran until 10am.
