Only stayed 1 night, as we were in a hurry, but glad that chose this stunningly beautiful and great hotel. Favourable location of the venue right off we-80.

Strongly recommend this place and would stay there again. The room was well-kept with 2-queen beds, everything was great. The service offered was great. The location was good, the staff was efficient. Meals were good, and there was Quaker Steak & Lube near the hotel.

Overall I enjoyed that great hotel. My room was well-kept with a super bed and a free breakfast. The location was excellent next to a truck stop. Besides, it was so close to the waterfall / pond and casino.

The staff members were all superfriendly and affable. The breakfast was free, the check in was easy.

We stayed for 1 night and appreciated the room, which was updated with the jacuzzi. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making facilities, and a fridge were provided if needed. The hotel location was nice and unbeatable next to a truck stop.

Appreciated Austintown, the hotel was incredibly beautiful and great right off I-80. The employees were efficient and consistently courteous. Units with 2-queen beds. Location: the venue was not far from the east coast and the waterfall / pond and many restaurants.

The hotel was gorgeous, the staff were very hospitable. The service was great as we had expected. The location was nice for Austintown, just off the east coast, and ball field. The bagged breakfast was free and met expectation.

We had a fantastic experience at Holiday Inn Express. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our wedding day was perfect. Shelly, our coordinator, was amazing and took care of every detail. The food, especially the sit-down meal, was fantastic. They even accommodated our special requests for wine. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and they took care of all the cleaning after our event. We also enjoyed the breakfast, with tasty omelets and good coffee. we had an unforgettable wedding experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Although the cleanliness of the hotel was generally good, there were some minor issues observed in the hallways and stairways. However, these were small drawbacks compared to the overall positive experience.
