Great staff great breakfast

Water pressure of shower or it was a bad shower head. A little expensive for a town of 3000 people

Our room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was hot and good.

We paid for 3 nights. Every day we'd have to go get our room key reactivated. The young girl who was there in the evenings said it was because we were putting our key cards near our cell phone when for a fact, we were not. She had an attitude about it and was rude every time it needed to be reactivated. Every single other staff we came into contact with was awesome and professional.

The breakfast area was great. The lady kept everything stocked, very helpful. Kept table clean, had time to chat. Just her presents and willingness to help made the experience pleasant. Also, checkin was great. Everything was ready, in packets and all the host had to was print one piece of paper, have me sign and then hand me my keys. Great idea, slick move. Indication that management is on top of things.

Connecting to the WI-FI a little clumbersome, mostly due to the signon requirement. I had two I pads, and one connected just OK but the other was complicated by the fact one had to go to a browser screen. Need to change so that when one makes the connection it immediately comes up with the signon screen.

Staff was friendly, breakfast was great, rooms were cleaned everyday and fresh towels

The breakfast was very good and the lady that was in charge did a great job. She was very efficient unlike the front desk workers .

When we arrived , the hotel had run out of propane so they were not able to dry their towels and they were taking them to the laundromat . They said they would deliver towels once they were ready , we only got hand towels and wash clothes . They never brought the bath towels. I felt the staff did not handle the situation properly and was not happy with our stay.
