The location is convenient, close to the airport, fast food outlets, grocery stores, and restaurants. Felt safe during my stay. The hotel is clean and pet-friendly. The room had a comfortable king bed. Bathroom amenities like hairdryers, shower caps, and bath sheets were provided. The hot breakfast and other services were outstanding.

The hotel was in a more secluded spot, which was perfect for my work in the area.

Booked a room with three beds that had a microwave, coffee/tea makers, and a fridge; the service and food were excellent.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express and had a great experience. The room was spacious and well-appointed with attractive furniture and artwork. The desk and seating area were perfect for my needs. The location of the hotel was also convenient and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. I appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel, with a good shower and overall adequate room. Despite a few minor issues like slow breakfast replenishment and attention to detail, the hotel provided a comfortable and dependable stay. I would recommend this hotel for its value and convenience.

Great breakfast

The other guests at the hotel were EXTREMELY noisy. We had requested a third floor room but all that were available were on the first floor. A huge number of kids were running up and down the halls talking loudly and making unnecessary noise. Their parents apparently didn't care to supervise them. Not conducive to a comfortable stay.

We liked that the pool and spa is open 24 hours.

We didn't like that one of the female employees at the front desk rolled her eyes when we asked for more towels. Or after my kids found out the fridge in the lobby wasn't locked and they got some milk to drink, she said loudly from the front desk that it was suppose to be locked and came with an attitude into the breakfast area and locked the fridge. She was quite rude!! We also wished there was donuts/pastries and bacon at breakfast. The sausage did not taste good!! We were told they had bacon when booking, and they said they stopped doing bacon.

Easy access to 205, quiet rooms

Very cramped room, no second sink, vanity in sleeping area

I had booked two rooms, one for me and my daughter and one for my father as we were in town to attend my sister's wedding. We checked in a bit late, shortly after 4pm, as we didn't have to be at the rehearsal until 5pm. We received our room keys and went up to the rooms to check in. The first room was good to go, the second room had yet to be cleaned from the prior guest. We all got ready in the one room as we had little time to figure this out. We let the front desk staff know on our way out that the room needed cleaning and we would deal with it upon our return. No compensation was given for the inconvenience. Kind of a bummer and let down as I always book at Holiday Inn Express when I travel.
