The location was exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect, really close to the North Shore as well as restaurants and hospital. Everyone was really helpful and extremely friendly. The breakfast was satisfactory, a lot of food.

The hotel is conveniently located near Wisconsin Point in Superior, restaurants, the hospital, and attractions in Duluth. The room had clean towels and a great breakfast available. The service was friendly, and the pool was heated. Additionally, I appreciated the complimentary ironing service.

Everything was great for the purpose of our visit.we did sightseeing in Minnesota and winconsin.

The overall stay was excellent. We were greeted with friendly desk attendants and our room was perfect -- clean and new looking! The morning breakfast was also excellent and friendly staff there as well... we were very happy with the location as it was close to the water for a nice walk by Lake Superior if one so chose... lovely!

Had a very good stay for a business trip. The entire hotel was clean, rooms were impeccably clean. Staff was excellent and amazingly nice, they fixed my issues. Enjoyed the room with 2 queen-sized beds, my bed was exceptionally comfortable. The location was good, relatively close to Ss Meteor Maritime Museum. The area was very beautiful. Distance to the airport was just 0.5 miles.

The staff who cleaned our room did a wonderful job and were very kind. The breakfast was better than the normal. The pancake machine was a hit with the kids and the cheese omelettes were great!

The parking lot needs repaving. Pool was a little too cold.

I loved Superior! the hotel was ideally located, just a short walk away from a restaurant. the breakfast was great with plenty of food choices. Its proximity to Ss Meteor was convenient and comfortable. Not to mention, it was close to North Shore, Duluth downtown, aquarium, railroad museum.

The employees were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had more than everything we needed. The location was nice and a quick drive to every where we needed to go.

The pillows labeled "firm" were exactly the same as "soft" and there was not much to them but it wasn't a big deal for my husband or I and overall the room was very nice
