  Clean good location, great hotel and the staff were very pleasant and quick to address any requests we had. Our room was very nice, from the instant we arrived the manager greeted us and was extremely accommodating.

  Great proximity to Sea World and the room was clean and we could see the coasters at Seaword at night in the distance. The adjoining hot tub was out of service during our whole stay and the staff were very polite. The mattress was very thick and comfortable, breakfast was good. The employees were exceptional, the indoor pool was nice.

  This location was perfect and the hotel was clean and comfortable. Service was great and the hot tub was nice. The breakfast was very good.

  The online site states heated indoor pool, very nice stay and no complaints and excellent service and very clean and professional. The rooms are very large, the elevator is small, slow, and hot, plenty of fast food and sit down restaurants.

  Such a wonderful place, very friendly staff and bathrooms are large and well stocked. Our daughter loved the pool and the big picture of shamu on the elevator door.

  Aside from that , the hotel was nice enough and the front desk girls were very friendly and accomodating. The beds were great.

  The room was cleaned everyday of our stay and fresh towels everyday, the bathroom was clean, the breakfast buffet was very nice.
