The staff were outstandingly accommodating and consistently courteous. The location was perfect, near everything in town.

The room I was in had a cool, modern vibe and was really spacious. It had a small fridge and an awesome view. There was also a comfy lounge chair to relax in. Plus, the kitchen area came fully stocked with a microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge. 🍵

It's great hotel, everything was great. The location is marvellous and perfect and near the centre as well as restaurants too. Also, it's 2 miles away from Greyhound Arena...

The location of the hotel was great and perfect - relatively near Blackwater Draw Museum. The property itself was in a nice enough area, right by restaurants and the train tracks in Portales, NM.

The location was good and absolutely perfect as for me, just off the centre, restaurants, and Portales, NM. It also was close to the railroad tracks.

I really liked how my room had two TVs and a comfy lounge chair – made it extra cozy! The central location was super convenient, close to everything in town. Plus, being near restaurants and the train tracks was a cool touch 🚂.

The staff was friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. They made the reservation process easy and were always kind and helpful. The breakfast at the hotel was good and the dining area was clean. It was convenient to have a tasty breakfast right at the hotel. The housekeeping staff did a great job ensuring we had plenty of towels and toiletries. They were efficient and kept our room clean and comfortable.

We had some issues with the room amenities. The remote didn't work even after getting new batteries from the front desk, and there was no hair dryer in the bathroom.

I found that my stay there was absolutely great. The staff were very friendly and soo very helpful. I would surely stay there again in the future. Front desk manger and her husband were very helpful and wonderful people.

I recently stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Portales for a weekend getaway. The staff was friendly and the breakfast exceeded my expectations. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the area. it was a very pleasant stay!

Everything was good and the pool was very enjoyable. We were treated very well.

The hotel was clean, however we were gone all day and got back around 4pm and the only thing the maids did was make our bed. They didn't clean the bathroom. The stairwell smelled like someone got sick and it wasn't being aired out. The facilities were nice and so was the staff. The food was bland and the hot cake machine didn't work very well.
