Tbh, had a pleasant stay for a family vacation. Everything at this hip new hotel was perfectly fine as we expected. The property's position was convenient, near the mountains. It was relatively close to Papa John's, serving fast food. The personnel was affable and outstandingly accommodating.

The hotel's location is magnificent and the staff are amazingly nice and accommodating. Also, it's located 3 miles from Newport Cinema.

This hotel was a bright spot in an otherwise bland stop on I40. It may not have been the fanciest place, but it exceeded my expectations in several ways. Firstly, the prices were very reasonable for the area, making it great value for money. Secondly, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. And finally, the basic amenities provided were all in good working order, including the rooms with Jacuzzis and sofa beds, which added a touch of luxury to our stay.

All was fine, just a minor issue with parking.

had an amazing budget stay at holiday inn express in newport! staff was great, breakfast was delicious, and rooms were clean and fresh. perfect location, too. will definitely be back for the summer!

We didn't have time, so stayed here only for 1 night, nonetheless everything was great. We booked an impressive and reasonably spacious room with a jacuzzi.

For the value, our stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Newport South was fantastic! The room was clean, fresh, and comfortable, with a cozy bed and great air conditioning. The location was perfect, with plenty of nearby dining options and convenient access to everything we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay from check-in to check-out.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast selection better was having warmer eggs/omelets.
