Very attentive staff, brand-new and modern room with a tall ceiling. Nice facilities in general, favourable location sure to stay here again when I 'm back in the area.

I got the same large room with a tall ceiling that I booked online, and I loved it. The location was amazing, right by Mentor for competition, several restaurants, and fast food places. All the employees were helpful and pleasant.

We appreciated this modern and wonderful hotel during our one-night stay. The property is in a great and pleasant location near the expressway. The hotel served as a lovely base for exploring the area. Our room had a bath, which was a nice feature.

Absolutely terrible breakfast.

This place offers a pleasant location and nice facilities, with courteous staff and an exceptionally nice breakfast with lots of options.

The bed was amazing, soft but firm and the pillows were heavenly. The pool was also a highlight, much bigger than expected and warm. The hotel's location was great with nearby restaurants and shopping. I recommend this hotel.

The Wingate By Wyndham Mentor Oh Mentor exceeded my expectations in several aspects. the price was incredibly affordable, offering great value for money. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with clean linens, comfortable mattresses, and well-maintained amenities. Additionally, the location of the hotel was convenient, with fast food places nearby and a restaurant within walking distance, even though it's not clearly signposted. The friendly and helpful staff enhanced my stay, providing excellent service throughout. Lastly, I was pleasantly surprised by the breakfast options, which included a variety of choices to suit different tastes.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was satisfactory.
