I forgot my winter boots in the room when we left....called back and told them and now they are advising me that no boots were found there....very disappointed as someone obviously stole them then from the room...have to be back in city Tuesday so will be stopping and talking to the manager of the hotel.

Pillows were comfortable, lovely linens. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was excellent and well cared for by people like Tess.

This place's central location was perfect for us, with friendly and accommodating staff who kindly upgraded us to a suite with 2 king beds upon our arrival.

The venue is bright and excellent. The setting is perfect, not far from restaurants and shopping as well as transport, commercial area. It has both absolutely excellent and helpful staff.
