Loved generous-sized and well-kept rooms.

We were in a hurry and didn't visit the lakeside restaurant for dinner, but it seemed good.

I got complimentary king room with a kitchen as an upgrade, nice gesture. The service was great, I had 3 great nights here.

Modern, generous sized room and reasonably priced with a kitchen and decent space and good mattresses. A wide array of food at breakfast like cookies, eggs and bacon. Very friendly and attentive staff always on hand. Location close to multiple restaurants as well as downtown.

Central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies and a microwave oven in the room and the big bed. Good and stunning location in a very comfortable area next to the downtown area, other great restaurants, and McCall all day.

All the personnel was really helpful and attentive. I was given well-kept room with the jacuzzi, a kitchen plus decent space.

The venue is cute and nice, its location is marvellous, right by Ponderosa State Park, McCall all day, and the McCall downtown.

Actually everything was nice, you're dope! The position of the hotel was favourable and absolutely perfect, close to lake. Moreover, it's so close to other great restaurants, the McCall downtown, and McCall all day. The staff was amiable and our experience was nice overall. The service provided there was great.

The accommodation was reasonably clean, the room was large and huge. The room we had included central heating, a cable TV with on-demand movies, and a microwave oven. Location: the hotel was just off multiple restaurants, downtown McCall, Lake Payette and marina as well as the McCall downtown. There was a lakeside restaurant nearby: D

Also, location was good and perfect, just a short stroll away from Art Roberts Park. I had reasonably priced room with a kitchen.

Across the street from the pancake house for a big breakfast, minutes from beaches and parks. Beds were comfortable, staff friendly and fixed a clogged toilet. Clean and beautifully decorated hotel.

Being that I never made it to this location due to unforseen reasons, the staff of Holiday Inn Express & Suites was very helpful with getting my resverations moved to a different location and date.

The front desk people were very friendly, efficient and accommodating

The bed was horribly uncomfortable, we stayed 5 nights, our bed was straightened sloppily, never had a sheet change, and one day no vacuuming. Wed breakfast we had bacon and sausage, Thurs breakfast we had bacon and sausage, Fri breakfast we had bacon and sausage gravy, Sat breakfast we had bacon and sausage gravy, Sun we had sausage gravy

Always impeccably clean place with friendly and super-friendly staff and excellent location. Plenty of food in the hotel, lakeside restaurant.

The location is ideal, as it is close to town and the lake. You can easily walk to nearby attractions and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with quality amenities like a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Additionally, the hotel offers free parking and WiFi for added convenience.

The staff's service could have been friendlier and more helpful.
