The property is fairly clean. The rooms are a nice size and fairly quiet. The bed is exceptionally comfortable. The location is good, close to everything. The hotel is nestled in a nice building close to various attractions, like train tracks, Rupp Arena, Kroger Field, downtown, and campus.

The suite had a safe and good lighting, which was appreciated. The staff was awesome and amazing, providing helpful advice on things to do. The pool area was heated. The location was super convenient, just a short walk to downtown, campus, Rupp Arena, and Kroger Field.

The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic with a wide variety of food options and refreshing soft drinks. My room was spacious and bright, equipped with a safe and excellent lighting. The hotel's location was comfortable and couldn't have been more perfect.

Soft bed, attractive room that has a nice bathroom. A microwave oven and a refrigerator are a nice touch. Its location is marvellous and super very close to Kentucky and shopping, dining, grocery stores and Kroger Field. Staff is awesome and amazing and you can park your car onsite.

The staff here is super friendly and really knows their stuff! They're always ready to lend a hand with a smile on their face 😊.

All the facilities are wonderful, fairly clean hotel, its location is comfortable close to everything.

I truly enjoyed the room, the bed was soft. The setting was marvelous and super, close enough to the downtown area. The staff were awesome and amazing, with extra attention to the details.

Great location only 15 minutes walk from downtown and similar from the university. The staff were always friendly and helpful especially to an overseas visitor who didn't always know how things worked or got done. Breakfast is a good self serve with a reasonable variety if you're here a few days. A few fast food places right across the street if you need something quickly on arrival including some that stay open late.

The rates were high season, but that's the market forces I guess, with a big UK football game one day and a big concert at the arena another.

Convenient location next to the railroad tracks but it wasn't noisy, amazing staff, and overall, everything was pretty solid. 🚂

The breakfast was great. The ladies at the desk were very nice and helpful. It was very quiet through out the stay.

I didn't like is I wish there had been a heater in the bathroom. My mom had a hard time sleeping because the pillows were to high. That didn't bother me at all but she's the kind of person who won't ask for something else. Not much parking space.

This place provides spotlessly clean rooms, a great breakfast, and a safe for your belongings.

New windows kept all of the outside noises out. This is important, since the property is near a major health care center/hospital and there are sirens at all hours. Room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was amazing. Great, perfectly baked biscuits and a cool pancake machine - much better than the waffle irons and messy batter some places have.
