Overall had wonderful stay for a business trip. As for me, the location was marvellous and unbeatable, just next door to grocery store and restaurants, destination, and stores and gas stations. Moreover had so much fun by the lake, set 700 feet of the venue.

Staff here is incredibly friendly and the location couldn't be better! The rooms are tidy and come with all the essentials like toiletries, tissues, and even an iron to keep your clothes looking sharp. 👍

A nice size room with a king size bed and great service. Comfy and quiet location right by center of town and stores and gas stations. Central heating, TV set, and a microwave in the bedroom. A comfortable and delightful hotel, my first choice in Lititz.

Had a wonderful stay for a business trip. The location was central and close to everything, including stores, food places, and local attractions. My room was spotless and had good supplies, a king-size bed, and toiletries. The microwave oven, coffee & tea makers, and fridge worked well.

Huge and tidy room plus nice bathroom. Soft beds, heated pool. Central location, at a short distance from Woodridge Swim Club Swimming Pool. Walking distance to a market and a grocery store across the street.

I booked a room with a comfortable king-size bed and enjoyed having a microwave, coffee maker, and fridge in my room, plus the fantastic service and attention to detail made my stay here amazing!

The hotel is conveniently located near downtown Lititz and Moravian Manor nursing home, making it ideal for our activities in the area. The room was spacious and had a comfortable chair with an ottoman, perfect for relaxing. The breakfast options were amazing, with cooked bacon and sausage to accommodate food allergies and lactose intolerance. The cinnamon rolls were a delightful treat. The front desk staff was welcoming and helpful, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

There were some issues with room amenities, such as broken jacuzzi and a coffee pot that was not properly maintained.

Great location

This is a fine hotel if you do not have to check in. During our check-in process the clerk said my credit card was declined. I said that it is never declined so this is unusual. We went through three more cards and she said they are all declined. I said this is not possible as they are unrelated. The clerk said she had just processed people with similar cards without a problem. That triggered immediate calls to our credit card companies by my wife and I during which the clerk announced that everything was fine she had an incorrect setting on her computer. Terrible experience that I do not want to repeat. The hotel did give us a generous discount but I would have gladly paid full price and more in order to have escaped that check in. We did end talking to our credit companies that indicated there were no charges declined whatsoever.
