Nothing it was perfect!

I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, cable channels, a microwave, and a refrigerator. The rate was me$ 125.

Every staff member was exceptional and consistently courteous. The breakfast was incredibly nice, with fresh dishes.

No complaints, the venue met the purpose, couldn't recommend more it. We were there for 1 day, everything was good, loved its particularly good and easy location just off Kodak instead of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg, other stores and restaurants and other shops. The hotel staff was outstandingly accommodating and pleasant.

Had perfectly clean room US$ 103 with the TV and air fresher and a box of Kleenex. The pleasant staff helped us during visit.

The hotel's location was favourable, not far from both Knoxville, and a great steakhouse. I was surprised at nearby Russell Stover Chocolates, they had some goodies, drinks.

Truly enjoyed Kodak, the hotel was great and amazing very close to everything. Marvellous location, it was right by myrtle beach and eateries and shops and Easy to get to from interstate. A cool bonus was nearby Chocolate Monkey, that offered tea and coffee. We had a king room and it included central heating, flat-screen television, and a microwave oven. A bathtub was spacious and everything was great. Good service, though a few employees were not particularly friendly.

The total experience was excellent, I would recomand. The venue was nice, I loved the stay and the location was perfect near nearby attractions as well as restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was adequate. The service was friendly and helpful, especially the staff serving breakfast. They went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable, taking away dirty dishes and providing warm coffee at our table. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a well-staffed breakfast area.

I did not like that they used disposable plates and utensils at breakfast.

The location was magnificent - within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in Kodak for three nights to attend the TN Smokies games. The location was so convenient, right across the street from the stadium. The hotel itself was very well maintained, with a slightly older but clean and comfortable room. The bed was comfy and the room temperature was just right. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of hot and cold options, and I loved the automatic pancake maker. The staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby. a great stay at a reasonable price.

I do recommend this hotel.
