The staff were excellent, and the room was reasonably large with sleeper sofa. The location of this hotel close enough to Heber Springs for many, other restaurants, and a quiet area was exceptionally nice. I ate at the fast food restaurant near the property.

Thoroughly enjoyed the place, had a relaxing stay for a business trip. Our room was tastefully decorated and large with very comfortable beds. The breakfast food including cereal, muffins, cookies, pancakes and eggs was fresh. We walked everywhere, the location was very pretty, to where we was going for an event.

The hotel was fairly clean, the room was immaculately clean and stocked and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. There was a great selection of options for breakfast, including cereal, muffins, cookies, pancakes and eggs, I liked it. Some of the staff members were super friendly. The service was top-notch, the breakfast was extensive. There also was ample parking and nice pool.

The hotel staff was kind of rude.

The hotel was near to a quiet area except for the occasional barking dogs at the Humane society across the road, the marina, and the coffee shop which have free wifi thanks to its very pretty and particularly good location. Cereal, muffins, cookies, pancakes, and eggs were fresh as well as the drinks.

The pool area was well-maintained and the location was good, near to Heber Springs for 30 years, the coffee shop which have free wifi and local shops, restaurants, gas stations, and the river.

There was a broken bed.

The whole hotel was clean and the staff was really friendly and amiable. Units with a fridge and microwave. We appreciated fast food restaurant;))

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was slow.

The room was large with sleeper sofa when upgraded. The location was nice for Heber Springs, next to local dining options, and other necessity spots for lake gear. I ate in the fast food restaurant nearby.

The breakfast provided a good variety of options, and the breakfast attendants kept everything well stocked. The hotel offered amenities like an outdoor pool, picnic area with gas grills, and a choice of firm or soft pillows.

The value for money was questionable, as the price seemed high for the experience received. Expectations were not fully met, with minor issues like overcooked omelets and things being slightly out of place.

The location perfect and favourable to church on Sunday morning. And just off Sugarloaf mountain and local shops, restaurants, gas stations, and the river. Exceptionally comfortable beds and a bed area and a writing table. Good choice of food at breakfast like cereals, muffins, cookies, pancakes, and eggs.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the friendly and knowledgeable staff who provided great recommendations for fun activities and the location of the nearby laundry mat. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the pool was a refreshing option to cool off. Holiday Inn Express is comparable to higher-end hotel chains like Hyatt and Sheraton, offering a pleasant stay with small details that made a big difference, such as tiny night lights in the outlets.

Felt happy, no complaints.
