The room we stayed in was extremely spacious and huge with 2 beds. The staff was outstandingly accommodating, amiable, and responded promptly to requests. The location of the hotel was comfortable and marvellous, close to the sights. Plus, it was not far from restaurants or shopping and downtown area and old downtown.

Perfect and quiet hotel with a delicious breakfast selection. Fast check-in, easy check-out, pleasant staff. Heated swimming pool and good and decent location short walk to the center, restaurants and Georgetown, TX. Also, close to old downtown.

It was an upgraded and clean hotel. The staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. The property was in a favourable location, close to the sights. It was good to be 1 mile away from Dairy Queen, serving short-orders. You guys made our stay very pleasant!

It had a wide range of meals for breakfast, including pancakes and hot waffles. Both rooms we booked were reasonably spacious and huge with comfortable bed and couch, as for instance, the stay was excellent. The location was favourable close to old downtown and the staff here was very nice and consistently courteous.

The breakfast was good and the air conditioning in the room worked well. The location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions.

We booked a room with two beds but were given a room with only one bed. Our kids had to sleep on cots, which was uncomfortable.

I asked for a late check out for around 12:30 or 1pm since I was there for a basketball tournament and game ran late, was told that would be fine by Front Desk Agent. Then when I got back from the game at about 12:45pm I was packing my things up to leave the manager called my room at about 12:54pm to argue with me saying that they gave me until 12:30pm and I was taking too long to get out. Although the hotel wasn't crowded and my room was not desperately needed right at that second, besides I was told that between 12:30 and 1pm was ok so why was he calling me before one and why was he calling being rude!!!! All I know is we go to Georgetown every year for a big basketball tournament and I am in charge of booking the hotels for the teams, I WILL not reccommend the Holiday Inn Express in Georgetown, TX to any of the parents or coaches anymore.

Room was incredibly clean, quiet, and well appointed.

The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the old downtown area. It was conveniently close to the sights and attractions, making it easy to navigate the city. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and functioning amenities. The staff provided excellent service, promptly attending to maintenance issues and ensuring guest satisfaction. The breakfast offered a variety of options and the hostess was attentive to guests' needs. the hotel provided a positive experience with its convenient location and comfortable rooms.

The front desk staff could be more attentive, as there were instances where guests had to wait for assistance or dial the front desk multiple times.

The inside pool was the main reason for our using the hotel as we had two grandchildren who like to swim.

Access from the interstate was a little difficult.

The hotel had comfortable and relaxing rooms. The jacuzzi was a great amenity to enjoy during my stay. Additionally, the hotel was located in a convenient location, close to attractions in the area.

there was constant noise from a nearby drainage pipe when it rained, which was quite bothersome. Secondly, I had requested two queen beds but was given a king bed and a less comfortable sofa pullout.

We liked the excellent breakfast and the nice rooms. The location makes it difficult for access to and from the interstate but other than that, it is a beautiful motel and the service is great.

I did not like that you had to go so far to turn around to get to the hotel . maybe having a road run behind the hotel was make it easier to get to.
