Clean hotel in comfy and marvellous location in Cross Lanes. Clean room with jetted tub as well as a jacuzzi tub for overnight stay. Amazingly nice and incredibly kind staff with good manners.

I came to Cross Lanes for overnight stay - everything was great. The breakfast was hot with many options and the food was outstanding. I thoroughly enjoyed rooms with jetted tub.

Impeccably clean, excellent value hotel, the location was peaceful right by several fast food restaurants and local dining spots as well as West Virginia. The room assigned on arrival with jetted tub, facilities worked for us.

The hotel serves warm breakfasts with many options. All the rooms are immaculately clean with a jacuzzi tub and the staff is very informative.

You guys made my stay pleasant. Appreciated how beautifully kept the property was. The rooms were well-stocked and reasonably large, complete with jetted tub and a jacuzzi tub, for instance, and with smoke detectors for safety measures too. The hotel had a convenient and peaceful location, close to highway.
