The staff were genuinely helpful and very friendly and kept the place spotlessly clean. Its location close to everything for shopping a getting around was magnificent and nice.

Its location is stunning & absolutely perfect, just next door to all areas, rooms, breakfast area, pool, lots of clean towels, beautiful walking trails by the ocean and restaurants and other businesses, especially Mount Washington. They serve good food, have lots of options to choose from.

The hotel is overall clean, with very amiable personal, and offers excellant and comfortable location just next door to beautiful walking trails, courtenay for a family wedding, and all areas, rooms, breakfast area, pool, lots of clean towels.

The hotel was conveniently located within walking distance to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We especially enjoyed the complimentary hot breakfast, which offered a variety of fresh options. the pool and waterslide were a hit with the kids, providing entertainment and fun during our weekend getaway.

The hotel was wonderful, had new-fashioned rooms. Liked the room with all the necessities, my bed was comfortable. The property was in a comfortable location near the Valley, restaurants and other businesses, especially Mount Washington, and beautiful walking trails by the ocean. Also, I-Hos Gallery was 2 miles away from the hotel.

Unfortunately internet was terrible.

A nice size and well-kept room with jacuzzi, top-class staff — everything was lovely. It had central heating, flat-screen television and a microwave if needed...

Comfortable bed & pillows, delicious breakfast, helpful & kind front desk staff, nice & spacious rooms, convenient location near air park. Enjoyed walking there before sunset. Would be nice to have chairs at the back for sitting outside. Many breakfast choices.

I highly recommend this place and I would definitely return. The venue is impeccably clean, and the breakfasts are delicious. The staff is incredibly professional and friendly. The location is amazing, just 2 km away from Downtown Courtenay.
