The hotel was stunningly beautiful and fairly clean with awesome staff in ALL areas. Rooms were exceptionally nice with a spa bath and they offered wake-up service. The property was located close to Jackson, many stores, and a variety of restaurants. Another highlight was the proximity of Clinton Church of Christ, just 1 mile away from the hotel.

The property was beautifully kept and fabulous. The staff was consistently courteous in all areas. The bed was extremely comfy. The location was favorable, near Jackson and Clinton, MS, and restaurants.

The rooms here are elegant and fabulous with a spa bath, and everything is great, plus the location is perfect and close to everything.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Clinton is my favorite place to stay in town. The property is beautiful and clean, with accommodating staff in all departments. The breakfast offers a great selection of food and the rooms have nice features like a pull-out sofa.

Booked a room with spa bath. We walked everywhere, the location was great, close to everything. Moreover, it was next to many stores and restaurants as well as restaurants.

I had the best hotel experience on my trip. The hotel was nicer and cost less than the others. The staff was extremely polite and welcoming. The room was spacious and comfortable, with amenities like a microwave and fridge. The grab-and-go breakfast was exactly what I expected with a variety of options. The hotel had an indoor pool and was in a great area with many restaurants nearby and close to the beach.

The lobby and breakfast area were clean and spacious. The guest room had wonderful bedding and the bathroom had great lighting and high countertop. The staff at reception was friendly and welcoming.

There was also a lack of staff at the front desk, resulting in a need to yell for assistance. Plumbing issues in the bathroom were not resolved promptly, and the staff did not offer to change our room.

the help at the front desk her name was a Shaque Reed said she was new and was not train at all. had no people skills at all could not do anything that was ask of her. charge me a $25.00 extra for something I had no idea of what it was for and she didn't either. ask for a manger and she said there was not one on duty ask if she could call someone and she said not. I wanted to pay cash and she said they did not take cash for a payment nor did they take a split payment from two credit cards. She was not train for customer service at all who ever left her there should be blame. so there fore me and my husband had to drive 3 hours back home. After that I called the company itself and total they what had happen and they said that should not ever happen. they was very sorry for it. And after all that my credit card still had a hold on it. A hot mess.
