All the staff was helpful, resolved my issues. I loved the room, it was impeccably clean and beautifully decorated and included with a king size bed as well as a very modern bathroom.

The hotel had a good position, in the middle of jackson. The room was reasonably large, with a king size bed. Spent here 2 great days and would come there again.

Its location was favourable, so close to San Marcos, close to a large grocery store, and San Marcos outlet mall. The staff were outstandingly accommodating and affable too. When we arrived, our Wheelchair Accessible room with very nice bed and a very modern bathroom, for instance was ready.

I got great value for my money with comfortable beds, clean rooms, and a quiet property. The pillows were the best I've ever experienced in any hotel and the view of Texas thunderstorms from the fourth floor was awesome. The young man at the night shift desk was always friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was pretty good.

A such great stay for two nights. Brand-new hotel in a nice enough area so close to a large grocery store and San Marcos outlet mall. Spacious unit with coffee & tea makers and a refrigerator. Lovely beds and a modern bathroom: )
