              Nice cozy rooms and and then theres the continental breakfast. Overall a great choice.

              Great lakes is right across the street, the location is perfect for guest going to outlet and as posted previously breakfast is free and better than you get at a lot of places. Staff is always very helpful, the rooms are huge and for $99 a night through AAA you can't beat the price, more towels would be nice. Facility is like new/near flawless.

              The location is great since is right across from the outlet mall and the hotel staff is excellent. The customer service is the best and beautiful flat screen tv in my room and even a bidet.

              Location of the mall is on the same premises at the great lakes crossing mall and hotel is clean throughout and the breakfast is fine. The staff is wonderful, we loved the pool and I had a good work out in the exercise room.

              Pool and hot tub area very clean, great value. The staff were extremely friendly, the room was spacious and the beds very comfortable, the continental breakfast was delicious and constantly being replenished.
