Ideal location in the middle of jackson. Large rooms with pay TV, a safe box, and a microwave, very comfy beds. Fairly clean private bathroom.

The room was comfy and outstanding, offered television with satellite channels, climate control, and an individual safe.

We only slept at the standard twin room, but truly enjoyed it. A microwave, coffee & tea makers, and a fridge were a huge plus. The location was MARVELLOUS on the Riverwalk and the staff here was affable.

The location was perfect - just walking distance from everywhere we wanted to go. And it was also near to the outskirts of San Antonio, and popular restaurants in the area. A microwave oven, tea and coffee making equipment, and a fridge in our queen room were a very thoughtful addition.

I would definitely recommend this hotel, it's clean.

i appreciated the immaculately clean and cozy room and 1 king size bed or 2 queen size beds. the staff were affable and very pleasant, tried to make my stay a great experience. the breakfast offered good choice of great meals. the location was good, on the riverwalk! it was also very close to the southside of san antonio, popular restaurants, and san antonio.

The stay here was really great, enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with favourable location so close to the outskirts of San Antonio, popular restaurants in the area, and San Antonio. We booked a standard king room that was outstanding. The personnel was exceptional and courteous.

All in all favourable and perfect setting next to popular restaurants in the area, the Southside of San Antonio and downtown. Large and outstanding room, a shower, hair dryers and bath sheets in the room.

The staff at the Holiday Inn Express were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel right at home and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort.

Although the parking lot was a bit crowded, we were able to find a spot without too much trouble. The complimentary breakfast had a good selection of options and helped us start our day off right.

Located outside the city, it's quieter and cheaper. The breakfast is good with fresh coffee. This place has a pool and a gym, great for early risers.

Noisy neighbors disturb at night.

Enjoyed our romantic escape. Convenient location and great value for the price. Loved the complimentary breakfast spread with a variety of options and the comfortable bed gave us a good night's sleep.

The room was quite small and the noise level from outside traffic was high, which made it difficult for us to relax and enjoy the room. The gym was very basic with limited equipment and no towels available.
