had a great day tour in kalamazoo. holiday inn express exceeded expectations with its convenient location near the highways and clean, comfortable rooms. booking process was also super easy.

The pool area is very clean too. Well-equipped rooms with microwave and refrigerator and good service. Exceptionally nice and accommodating staff with good manners. Location near to the Wings Event Center, downtown, and the airport.

The location was just off the highway, which was great, because we just wanted to get to sleep! Also, it wasn't far from local arteries, which was pleasing.

It was advertised that rooms had combo fridge/microwaves available, but those are only in the suites, not standard rooms. That point should be made more clearly, as we were unable to refrigerate the food we brought with us.
