I like staying at this hotel in Cocoa Beach. The venue is immaculately clean. The staff is really helpful and professional. The room is reasonably large with a very comfy bed. They provide a toothbrush in the bathroom.

We had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express in Cocoa Beach. The hotel was clean and the room was spacious. The highlight was definitely the fantastic shower, perfect for refreshing after a long day at Cocoa Beach. The staff was friendly and the hotel was quiet, ensuring a peaceful stay. Another bonus was the check-out time, which was extended to 11:00 a.m., giving us an extra hour. The soft pillows, delicious breakfast, and hassle-free wifi were also major pluses.

Nothing to complain about, everything was excellent! 👍

The room had a very comfy bed. The food was good with a great selection of choices. The hotel is close enough to the beach and pier, with a grocery store and shopping next door. The staff were very amiable, professional, and friendly during check-in.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the outstanding staff who went out of their way to assist us. The hotel provided a secure area to store our photography equipment and accommodated a late checkout due to a car issue. The location was extremely convenient to grocery stores, numerous restaurants, and the beach.

Another advantage was the friendly and helpful staff, especially Rosalind on reception who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. She was able to accommodate our specific room requests and even allowed us to check in earlier than expected. a great location and excellent service.

The hotel rooms could use some improvement, especially the bathrooms. They seemed outdated and could benefit from a renovation.

The staff behind the counter were excellent. The female behind the desk was great. Lobby and parking were very clean

The eating section for breakfast was much too small. A staff member with the breakfast crew wearing plastic gloves, went out to the pool area and brought in a table and four chairs. Dusted and cleaned the table and chairs with a rag still wearing the plastic gloves then still wearing the gloves helped a customer with the waffle maker still wearing the same gloves she wore while cleaning.

The first room had a weird smell, they graciously moved us to another room, which also had a smell but not as bad.
