      • front desk staff were very professional and were very informational of the area, this hotel was great, the service at check in was efficient and thorough.
      • Really nice hotel in good location, clean, Friendly Staff and the sitting room is large and has a 32 inch color cable television.

          The staff, esp ms nancy, very accommodating and apologetic for the shortcoming, clean rooms. The jacuzzi is large enough for two adults.

          There's a very large jacuzzi next to the pool and hot tub. A continental breakfast on steroids.

The room was large, quiet and the pillows had seen better days. Fridge came in handy and breakfast was adequate. Pool was nice.

          Great location, close to restaurants and the fabulous hot springs, hotel is CLEAN, all the staff are very friendly. The bathroom fixtures are excellent and instead of just cold cereal and lame pastries. The pool is a nice size for the property.

          Beautiful setting in the mountains and great staff. Rooms were very clean and vanna the Continental Breakfast hostess was very nice and helpful. The pool was a very small outdoor pool.
