The location was magnificent, just off beaches, Cardiff, and downtown Encinitas as well as the ocean. I truly enjoyed the room with a king size bed.

I asked for a king room and the one given was huge and modern. I really enjoyed the breakfast experience, the hotel served decent food. The venue's location was favourable, close to everything with fairgrounds and stores within walking distance.

Our stay at the Hampton in Cardiff Beach Area was excellent! The value for money was great, as the room was fantastic and the beds were super comfy. The location was convenient, right off the freeway with plenty of parking. The staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and providing a quiet room away from the highway.

Breakfast delights could be improved with a wider variety of options.

I chose this hotel, with a little hesitation due to the bad reviews I saw on the site, but I gave it the benefit of the doubt because the pictures looked just like what we wanted, and I am happy to report it was better than we thought, the room looks exactly like the picture and is even more comfortable, and the continental breakfast was delicious! The bacon no so good but the sausage was great! Lol We were able to relax and the spa was very nice! Great service, clean and comfortable, what else can you asks for! I think the people who left the other not so good reviews must be a little uptight, because I had none of those bad experiences! Our friends stayed at the Hilton down the street and they even wish they would have stayed at our hotel!

The room at this hotel was clean and spacious, and the hot breakfast provided was excellent. The staff, particularly Yadira who worked at breakfast, was efficient and kind. The location was very convenient, right off the freeway and close to San Diego.

The hotel area was clean, the room was luxurious. Complimentary and surprisingly good breakfast with quality hot coffee was a nice touch. Everything was simply brand-new.
