Family room with the sofa bed, a nice view, for example was ready when we checked-in. The breakfast was great, lots of food. The atmosphere created was elegant!

The staff was polite and the place was fairly clean. Its location was indeed great and efficient and only 5 minutes walk from Old Market Square. The bar was comfortable. Our experience was very nice from the moment we checked in, would come there again.

Liked our beautifully maintained and comfortable modern room equipped with a nice view as well as 2 double beds. The breakfast was great, with plenty of breads, cereal, yoghourt, hardboiled eggs and cheese.

Truly enjoyed the hotel, it is pleasant and clean, has fantastic and amazing location walk to the old town. Pleasant and incredible staff at the reception desk, did a nice job. Location: the property was right by zoo, the Altmarkt and Zwinger and the Frauenkirche.

Too cold in the room during the day. Then too hot at night. Though there was a thermosat it seemed to have no effect. breakfast was not good value.

This hotel is located near the center where you can walk to most places. It offers great value for money, clean rooms in good condition, and basic amenities. The staff is attentive and the breakfast has a really fantastic taste with many options.

No improvements needed, everything was perfect.

Impatient team at the reception. They have 214 rooms but have parking for only about 20 cars.... When you came with a car you must find a parking in the area, not at the hotel... Small rooms, poor breakfast...2 Elevators most of the time are accupied.... We prefered to use the stairs.....we was just so disappointed....
