Great value for money compared to other hotels. Magnificent location for visiting bars and cafés. Amazing friendly team members, especially the manager.

we enjoyed staying here, it's functional and peaceful hotel with flexible staff who appeared to be management. the property had a favourable location so close to tunnel. the breakfast was hot, the check in was efficient. plus, free wi-fi was available - very useful.

Good food for the continental breakfast. Brand-new room with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. A residential area, comfortable and easy location close enough to the restaurants with social distancing in place, then Dover, and the dual carriageway.

The staff here was friendly and helpful, and this venue is conveniently located near Canterbury, the Bluewater shopping center, and Folkestone, with Bluewater Shopping Center just a short 15-minute drive away.

I always stay at this hotel when I'm in Dartford. The staff here are competent and there's always the same helpful receptionist. The hotel is conveniently located near the Dartford bridge, tunnel, restaurants, and Lakeside Shopping Centre. The hotel is just 1 mile from the airport.

Traveled by car, needed a hotel for the night. It's more than a good option for your money. Spacious room, nice bed and linen, nice bathroom. Got its own parking lot, no problem with the Internet.

The downside is that the hotel is only suitable for a transit night. There's absolutely nothing to do in the city itself and it didn't seem safe to walk there. We went on foot to the centre to sit in some pub, but after 15 minutes we turned around and returned to the hotel before it was dark to get away from sin. A depressed town with the same residents. Constantly caught the oblique glances from the untrustworthy personalities. The hotel itself had no claims.

Comfortable twin room with a cozy guest bed. 🛏️ Although the hotel is in a secluded spot, everything eventually got sorted out.

The hotel is conveniently located by the motorway. Has good beds and about the air conditioning in the room we were very grateful with 33 degrees outside temperature. There is a kettle and iron, but no fridge and no hair dryer.

The staff was not as friendly as one would expect from a hotel of this category. Cleanliness: here you could see cobwebs on lamps. The breakfast was British and very simple, but sufficient. Very annoying was that they required a deposit of 50 pounds per room because we paid the rooms in cash and we had to wait until the rooms were checked out in the morning. We have never experienced something like this with the many hotels we have already visited. This would be for me among other things a reason not to come here anymore.

The breakfast options were great and included in the stay. being in a secluded area was a bonus 🌳.
