Excellent, good location adjacent to the pubs and restaurants in the local town. Plus, 10 minutes drive from The Washlands Country Park.- Lovely modern and well-organised unit with double sofa bed.- Top-class, caring personnel that clearly take pride in delivering excellent service.

The hotel is located in a convenient business park area, with attractive and newly renovated rooms featuring sofa beds and excellent services.

Overall it was a very good stay for business trip. I loved the cheap and immaculate room and best bathroom. The breakfast offered plenty of brilliant meals. The stuff where affable, easy and decent location to St George's Park.

The room here is clean and stylish with a comfortable bed.

The units are airy, compact.

The Wi-Fi here was speedy and the service was outstanding; the breakfast area was spotless, and I enjoyed some lighter meal options; the staff were well-organized, friendly, and super efficient, making my stay superb.

There were large beds and a work desk, tea and coffee making equipment, and a TV set in the suite. Moreover, parking was on-site. The location was quiet to St George's Park.

This was a really really nice stay for one night at Holiday Inn Express in Burton. The setting of the hotel was absolutely perfect and excellent.- Close to all restaurants, a Beefeater for a while and England.

Upon arrival handed keys for adjoining rooms which we requested, rooms clean and adequate, complimentary hot breakfast was a pleasant surprise

Saturday night 15th not much sleep at all due to children running around hotel till early hours of the morning, complained to night porter but little he could do.Complained again on checkout only to be told 'what do you expect in a hotel on a saturday night' I replied, not 20 - 30 children running from room to room at three o-clock in the morning. We had our 3 year old grandson with us who was woken twice by the racket. I asked for dispensation on my bill but got no joy.

The location is great, right in the town center with a range of prices. The staff are very dedicated and work hard. The room was brand new, modern, and beautifully designed with nice added touches. Great amenities like coffee in the bar area and in-room coffee making facilities.

location, hard & soft pillows, If we forgot anything it was given with compliments,sky sports news & value for money. Would stay again.

The room is stylishly decorated with single beds, making it suitable for a short stay.
