  Good location, nice hotel and reasonable prices. The lobby area was large and easy to move around in, staff were pleasant. The bathrooms were very big and the breakfast offered a wide variety of food that was all delicious.

  Good location for getting up to grandfather mountain early and beating the crowds, enjoyable Stay, the lobby/breakfast area were nice and large. The service was adequate, all of the employees we encountered were pleasant and helpful, the bathroom was spacious and there was a second sink in the room. The food was typical of a hi express and was kept replenished by the friendly staff.

  Central location to restaurants, shopping, and activities, a great hotel. Good breakfast options in the lobby, too, friendly staff and free USA Today delivered to our room in morning.

  Very good value for this hotel and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable, the continental breakfast was the standard Holiday Inn Express setup.

  My stay was definitely pleasant enough for me to stay again, staff welcomed us and didn't act like was any big deal at all, the rooms were clean and the linens fresh. Breakfast buffet was good.

  The front desk staff were incredibly helpful, the bathroom had jacuzzi and shower and very big vanity, the complimentary breakfast was one of the best we've experienced.
