The employees were very informative and provided great service. The hotel had a comfortable and decent location, close to California, restaurants, shops, and a local restaurant. The check-in process was smooth.

Shuttle guys were awesome and he king size bed was amazing! I slept great!
The front desk girl when I got there was kinda rude... She just seemed in a hurry to get me in my room and out of her face. The one in the morning was great! The shuttle drivers were both really nice! I was happy to have a ride from and to the airport! The location wasn't exactly a walk friendly place to get to coffee or anything... I missed breakfast :(

The front desk clerk was nice,when I checked in.One of the maintenance men,was very friendly and gave me excellent directions to a location I was trying to find
I didn't like housekeeping,I was there over the weekend. Housekeeping came and knocked on the door at 9:00a.m.I wasn't ready for housekeeping.I left my room at 1:00p.m. I returned at 10:00p.m.room was not cleaned up.asked for clean towels the following morning,the lady that I asked never came back with any.

Nothing. Horrible stay. Was placed in a room 1st night had no air moved to another room for 2nd night and once again no air. Room was never cleaned. Got stuck on elevator for at least 5 mins with 2 kids who were scared to death. Lady at front desk when we checked in was extremely rude and paid no attention to anything I was saying. I am a platinum elite member of holiday inn and stay at holiday inn all the time. I have never had an experience like this. Will not stay there again!!
