The cost was a little high for not being a suite OR a king size bed. Also, the rooms ALL have outward facing doors....not very secure.

The room was newly remodeled and had a nice view of the lake. The big beds were very enjoyable. The location is great, right by the ocean. It's next to Starbucks Coffee, several great restaurants, and the lake.

Such a gap between the door and the wall that you could hear everything outside and it made it cold in the room.

Great breakfast!
Our door cards got de-magnified once...a common problem we've had elsewhere. Also, 1 pillowcase had a spot of blood or ? on it the nite we arrived.

They were always willing to assist and answer any questions we had. the early check-in option was a great advantage as it allowed us to settle in and start our city break without any delays. The availability of coffee, water, and a microwave in the room was also a nice touch that made our stay more convenient.
Our room was not as clean as we expected. There were mold spots on the walls due to a previous water leak, which was quite off-putting.

Did not like that there were only 2 queen beds, hubby is very tall and it is hard for us to share a queen. Room was also a little small.
