  The fitness center was nice for a hotel, the pool staff were excellent and the rooms were excellent, clean spacious. The buffet breakfast menu had a good selection.

  Good atmosphere in the sports bar and reception very nice. Great value amazing rooms, big LCD TV and a large selection of cafes for breakfast. Fresh fruit etc and traditional, excellent facilities.

  Good cocktails in the cocktail bar, robes complimentary tea/ coffee and cleanliness of the rooms and the excellent handling of the staff. Great variety on the breakfast menu, good, well equipped gym.

  Price was too expensive for the quality of hotel and the mattresses were not too hard nor too soft.

  Bad location to far away from bubai mall, cosy atmosphere and the staff at the HI were extremely helpful. Clean and the room was comfortable, breakfast was good.

  Excellent location and close to the emirates mall, the hotel also has 5 resturants covering traditional Middle Eastern. Staff is great and friendly, the rooms are cleaned good as well.
