  The first train was exciting, the staff were very knowledgeable and courteous in helping us finding activities in the area, the hotel and rooms were clean. Price was much better than the, the lobby was updated and pleasant, the internet worked properly and was fast. Jenny at the bar was very friendly and helpful as well, breakfast the next morning was very good and the service was great.

  Cumberland vey nice town and great Location. Good stay dec16 2006, secured a very reasonable rate and the staff is very helpful and the Lobby areas are clean. Doesn’t a qualified manager actually inspect the the rooms.

  The town is really charming and convenient location close to the scenic railway. Staff were nice, beside that there are better hotels out there and we arrived at 1 PM and our room wasn't ready, is fine.

  Cumberland has a great small town charm, the location is good, being centrally located near several restaurants and the crappiest hotels can be clean. The staff is amazing.

  The rooms are dirty, to bad the food couldn’t be as good as the employees.

  Nice area and good Hotel. Very pleasant and helpful staff, the manager seemed disinterested at best. The room was very clean and the food was excellent.

  The room was large and clean and had a view of the Cumberland railroad station, this hotel was very nice, the front desk staff were very efficient and helpful. The bed was extremely comfortable and bar service was mostly nonexistant, and the food was disappointing.
