  The walls are so thin that I could hear the gentleman in the room next to me snoring all night. I turned on the TV to drown out the snoring & I noticed that the person in the room on the other side of me had to turn on their TV to drown out my TV. The bed was literally the most uncomfortable bed that I have ever slept in. The shower was luke-warm at best & the water pressure was so low that I probably would have been better off skipping the shower all together.

  Nice place with considerate, helpful staff.

  We had adjoining rooms - a king for mom/dad and a double for the kids.

  There was constantly a large amount of water on the cement surrounding the indoor pool.

  We requested a fridge in our room because our son has a medical need for it. We reported it to the front desk and were told someone would be up in 30 minutes to spray for insects. The windows to both our rooms were filthy. At one point, several years ago prehaps they had attempted to place a sun tint on 1 of the 3 windows. Also, after check in on the ride in the elevator I layed my head against the wall of the elevator. The hallways were always crowded with housekeeping carts.

  They have an indoor pool and hottub but the only people that got to swim in it was the "locals" since they they all brought thier large families with them, there was no room for any PAYING guest to relax. The only thing good we enjoyed was the outdoor bar area so we could get away from the nasty overcrowded pool and have a cocktail to get us through the stay.

  You would think that if a hotel has a prime spot on the beach they would actually spend a little money on keeping it updated. This mattresses in our room were so old that if you sat on the edge you were almost sitting on the floor. There was no refridgerator and not even shampoo or soap in the bathroom.

  The lobby is really pretty and our room was really a nice size and comfortable. There is a REALLY nice indoor pool along with a kids play area, shuffleboard, and two ping pong tables. This would be a really nice place to stay with kids (although ours were not with us on this trip), especially if you could get a room that opens up to the indoor area with the pool etc. The staff seemed to be really nice and overall the hotel was very clean (except for the beach). All in all I would recommend this hotel if you need a nice clean place to stay for a good price.

  The restaurant was good, bar was nice, service overall was good, except one of the two elevators was out for a day, and apparently going up the stairs requires key access.

  The hotel was decent, rooms were definitely lacking; no fridge, no microwave, one chair, rather cramped.

  Clean rooms, good housekeeping, good room service, and plenty to do while hanging around the hotel. For those of us who didn't bring lounges, umbrellas, and boogie boards, they had them available to rent. The restaurant had good food, a little expensive, but most hotel restaurants are. The service in the restaurant wasn't perfect but overall this hotel met and exceeded our expectations.

  If I had a hotel with a beachfront right outside, I"d at least comb the beach in the evenings for trash.

  Breakfast service was very slow, but the waitress was quite pleasant and apologetic.

  The beach it is very well taken care of and right out the back door they had everything lawn chairs,umbrellas, bogie boards, a water trampoline and jet skis at the hotel for rent. The inside pool, hot tub, computer room and childrens play area were wonderful on the days it rained it entertained all three children. We ordered room service 3 times while there the food was great and reasonable.
