Excellent location just bordering the campus with free parking in a covered garage.
The hotel's location is ideal if you have to visit OSU.
When you arrive at the airport, right near baggage claim are free "courtesy phones" to call for the shuttle bus.
We tried to call for one, but all the lines for EVERY taxi phone number we tried were busy!
Rooms are clean, air conditioning worked, bed was comfortable.
We had a king size bed, there was a table with chairs, 2 nightstands, an alarm clock, TV, phone and coffeemaker.
Bed was comfortable and the kitchen staff was so helpful.
Room could have used a little maintenance (drain plug didn't work for bath, TV needed repair/replacing), but nothing major.
Lovely room with very comfy beds and my younger daughter was delighted with the pillow menu you could order from and they'd bring up your choices.
We had a couple of drinks and appetizers at the hotel bar/restaurant, the food was great and the service was outstanding.

All it takes to reserve a time on the shuttle bus (for the airport or to go around the area) is to call the front desk a few hours ahead of time and they'll write down your name and give you a time when it will be available.
We were in town for a soccer game and although this was an older property, it is well maintained, ample parking, superb staff, clean pool and overall great value.
It has a good fitness facility and pool, the rooms are clean, the staff is helpful, and it’s minutes from OSU if you're there for business.
I checked out the pool area and fitness center, and although I didn't have the opportunity to use them, they both looked nice.
