  Near clark international airport and taxi service is good. The hotel itself is big, staff are friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and neat and overall ambience is soft. The bar is nice and breakfast is great.

  Near duty free shops and nice mall nearby. Great place for a hotel and price was very cheap. The staff were very pleasant and the rooms were also better than I expected.

  The view is amazing and hotel staff is an absolute friendly one. Service is nice and the rooms are clean, well made up. The internal restaurants are great.

  The room had a nice view of the parklike surroundings outside and the hotel was really modern and updated. Staff were mostly courteous, eventhough the bed was made nicely and breakfast buffet was included and was quite impressive.

  The location is quiet and can be used by families, the hotel has a nice pool and decent gym. The staff are very courteous and helpful, hot water in sink not working sometimes especially early in the morning. Restaurant has good layout.

  Near the vicinity and beautiful surroundings. Good value for money and flexible staff. Very clean and neat room, less comfortable mattresses. Worth doing lunch buffet, facilities adequate.

  Its an old building, receptionist not very helpful.

  Room quality remains just ok and attentive service. Nice big flat screen tv, very comfortable, large soft pillows and the freshly baked breads are wonderful.

  Our thanks to the staff and management for the best stay we had outside of manila, room service was quick and the lumpia were good, dinner time, the buffet was excellent.

  The hotel just undergone refurbishments in the rooms and main areas, on a positive note, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and deli was really nice.

  Great hotel and front Desk staff were very nice and efficient. Our room was very clean and did not have this odor, the breakfast was very good and the service as well.

  The place is clean and pleasant, great staff; always polite and always try to assist. The rooms are very comfortable, the restaurants and bars were reasonably priced, and the food is amazing.
