Very well located right in the heart of CBD, the hotel's saving grace is the fantastic location and the staff are very very friendly and helpful.

The location is very very central, the hotel may have been modern in about 1965.

Great location just off West end of Hay Street Mall, hotel is very central to all attractions in Perth and the rooms are kept relatively clean.

On the way to the airport in a cab I received a call apologising for the error and confirming that the room had been paid for after all.

Got to the hotel via the airport shuttle at a cost of $A30 return.

The corridors were a little depressing and need refurbishing, but the room was large and airy with two Queen-size beds and bathroom had separate bath and shower (good for creaky knees like mine).

The room was large, clean, big double beds with a very comfortable mattress/pillows, very spacious bath room.

The bed is not uncomfortable and the gym is huge.

The bathroom was attached to the double room, though, so it was an odd and inconvenient arrangement.

I did not stop for breakfast, but probably wouldn't have had it at the hotel - there are several cafes serving inexpensive breakfasts right on the doorstep.

The free CAT buses stop right outside and there are plenty of restaurants, fast food places shopping malls and Barrack Street Jetty, Train and Bus stations within a few minutes walk.

The room is spacious, the food in Bar 88 is lovely this resteraunt is very cold and the gym is super small.

In the end we even took to eating breakfast in the street rather than stay indoors.

There is a limited (hours and range) and expensive selection of meals delivered from the restaurant downstairs, or a similarly limited selection of inexpensive meals delivered in takeaway boxes.

The service was great, the concierge were very helpful and the bathroom was also good.

The hotel has a nice bistro and good service to.

A great base for walking around the city, the hotel is located in central Perth and staff is very friendly.

Pool on site in lower levels was really nice like a grecian spa, the staff were friendly and confirming that the room had been paid for.

Renovation work was being carried out on our floor with the lifts and the lift hall area on this floor not being cleared up after the workmen left for the day.

Free gym facilities across the road and working nearby in CBD so walking to work in 5 mins was a big plus.
