Holiday Inn City Centre Christchurch - 基督城

It is in a good location but quite close to the club street.

Central location near shops, perhaps all the bus tour parties get better rooms at better rates.

Excellent location, i was ther to attend a conference so got little chance to see the hotel and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

If you have a Full Size car or SUV, getting in and out of the underground parking is a tight squeeze.

Took an airport shuttle from Christchurch Airport ($NZ10pp) so looking for hotel was not an issue.

Room service was excellent, the fact that you had a bathtub was a plus for my 5 year old daughter.

Service good, comfortable bed and reflected the restaurant well.

Our Executive room was weirdly shaped but fairly spacious, very clean and with two very comfortable queen beds.

All furnishings were old and worn out, the bed was squeaky.

The bathroom was standard and was clean and tidy as was the room overall.

The Reception is drab, the staff unattentive and the breakfast is uninspiring in terms of quality, content and the restaurant is, well below what you would expect.

Large and comfy room, the restaurant has some lovely dishes.

Food/Room Service: Breakfast was standard hot and cold buffet selections.

They do a $NZ10 lunch, happy hour at the bar and have a reasonable dinner menu.

Paying full rate for breakfast would be very disappointing unless you like to stuff yourself full of highly processed food.

A menos de cinco minutos de la plaza Cathedral Square, helpful staff and room service menu was imaginative and good.

Staff: Check-in/Concierge were helpful and pleasant.

Staff was nice but concierge wans't much help on dining recommendations (other than hotel).

After the first night, we complained re the noise to the reception staff but they said they were unable to do anything other than possibly transfer us to the other Holiday Inn if they had availability.

Hotel in good position in centre of town and courteous staff.

Service good but a warmer greeting at check-in needed.

One advantage of this hotel is the cheap cost of car parking.

The room was clean (did not smell of smoke) and of adequate size for this type of room.

What was not clean however were the glasses in the room.

Hotel is very clean and modern, rooms were spacious.

The room was generally tidy however the bedspreads were stained and had seen better days.
