          Possibly the worst hotel ive ever stayed in, staff were friendly and the bed was very comfortable and the lighting excellent. The food served here was very good.

          In the country inn suites, i am aware of the working standards in the hotel business and the staff at the front desk were kind, helpful and cheerful. The internet connection was fast.

          Quick train ride from ord, this hotel has been remodeled and is new and beautiful, the lobby is welcoming. Service can be improved and fridge and microwave in room add well. The bar bar louie is really cool, the restaurant is very nice.

          The location was the worst of , without a vehical there was no to go to kill the time we had and the place was a dump for the money paid. The price was reasonable, service was friendly and room was OK, staff were pleasant enough. The fridge and microwave came in handy, breakfast was excellent.

          Elevator and hallway carpet was ragged and stained, towels and sheets were NOT clean.
