Holiday Inn Charlotte-Center City - 夏洛特

The location is so close to Rockbottom, Fox and the Hound and the grocery store is right across the street as is the Bobcat Arena.

The only reasons to stay here are 1) it's close to a single specific business location, 2) budget, or, 3) it's a race weekend and you can't find anywhere else.

Great location within walking distance of all events, nice decor and the staff was helpful.

A cab from the airport was about 10 minutes and $15 (I think).

Charlotte and the hotel itself is very close to the airport, probably 15 minutes away.

The Holiday Inn was great with everything you might need from a hotel including a very comfortable bed and guest room.

Bed is average comfortable, bathroom sink is modern (which I liked) but not a lot of room around it for your toiletries.

They said there were no two-bed rooms available and they claimed they did not have to provide that since we booked through a third-party at a discounted rate.

This time our room had been upgraded with granite counter tops and great linens on the bed.

They were supposed to provide a room that would sleep four people, but they only provided a room with a king bed, and they brought up a rollaway.

The lobby area is attractive, the rooms to be clean and the bar/restaurant is nice.

Breakfast in the restaurant was reasonably priced and better then I expected and had all of the “hot breakfast” essentials.

The restaurant is a little pricey and they don't offer a complimentary breakfast so that would be the only real down side to choosing this hotel.

Walking distance to many restaurants, pubs and shops.

Ate breakfast and dinner there more than once- comfortable place to have drinks with a small group- leather couches.

Some things are easy customer service fixes: the hotel directory was missing several sections, and the telephone buttons for hotel services (like guest services, front desk and bell services) did not work, but dialing "0" worked fine.

The location is great, this hotel is just fine and front desk staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel service was good, every staff member we encountered was extremely helpful and friendly, my room was clean and quiet.

You have to park, catch the elevator, then lug your luggage along the parking path to get to the hotel.

You have to take an elevator to the bottom of the parking garage.

I should note that the parking lot elevator does not allow direct access to the hotel.

Free wireless, so close to all of the downtown nightlife and clubs.

Staff all superb, clean room and free wireless.

Information about the hotel at a very fast rate, great staff and the room itself was nice and clean.

The bathroom was clean, food was amazing.

The rooms were clean, the waiters were very nice.
