The location was perfect for the ", the Hotel was really nice and the lobby area and all rooms were clean and neat. Staff were friendly &, the employees were encrediably helpful to us and the sheets were very soft, and the bed was huge. The food was delicious.

The location is great for many attractions of the Charlotte area and the staff at this hotel are really nice and tentative. The food at the caffe siena is excellent and and the evening manager is always attentive, as well. The rooftop pool is very cool.
