      The location is perfect for going to and from the airport, but if the staff doesnt change attitudes it doesnt make for a nice start to a vacation.

      We called the shuttle from the airport which arrived promptly.

      I used to live close to Charlotte so I know my way around the city, so I know it does not take 30 min to get to the airport from the holiday inn.

      The hotel room was surprisingly large and comfortable, the staff was nice, the bed was very comfy.

      There was a bed and a TV and thats about it.

      Great Stay, the front desk clerk was very nice and the bed was very comfy.

      ROOMS: They gave me a room on the side with the train tracks.

      The bed was not comfortable the a/c kept me up all night because it was so loud and the pillows were flat as pancakes.

      Three night stay and each morning for breakfast my eggs were cooked to order by the nices staff members.

      We went down to the sports bar which was nice the staff was friendly, but the place was empty the food in the bar was good.

      Breakfast buffet was great w/eggs cooked to order!

      Great Stay, some of the staff are very nice and the breakfast is so good.

      I went to the breakfast cafe the next morning and things in the buffet had sat so long unused that the gravy was completely congealed that after accidently dropping a breakfast potato in it that it actually bounced off it, lol.

      This hotel can be convenient for that and the staff at the front desk are always very pleasant.

      STAFF: Everyone at the front desk was very pleasant.

      INSIDE: The lobby is beautiful with very nice marble floors and plenty of space to drop your bags while you check in.

      As you walk toward the elevator, the marble floors run out.

      Thanks to proper parental training) I know that I won't be able to leave them there to wait indefinetly for the next elevator, so I take the hike up the stairs.

      Additionally the wireless Internet is free.

      The staff was friendly and accomodating, the rooms were nice and clean.
