The hotel staff lacks proper training and English skills, making communication difficult. The restaurant staff had trouble understanding English, and the buffet was limited.

Spacious rooms and excellent restaurant options were the best aspects of the stay for our romantic escape. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from a beautiful park. the service was friendly and attentive.

The air conditioning wasn't able to maintain our desired temperature, and the room felt too hot. the view from our room was not great since we faced a stagnant pond.
