The location is so not bad because is close to the main shopping district and downtown too.

Because of the location of the hotel, there is some seaweed but they rake and remove it every morning.

We spent about 10 a person using a taxi from the airport to get to the hotel (could have bargained more I believe).

It is best to line up travel to and from the hotels before you get there – taxis can be a bit pricey and you should ask the price of a trip before you start your taxi ride.

Our first day there we were put in a room with two double beds and were told immediately from the gentleman who brought our bags up to the room that there would be a king bed room available the next day, Next night, done no problem.

The concierge and cleaning people were friendly and helpful and our room was generally clean although the shower did not drain well which made you think twice about staying in there too long and there no bath tub which my wife didn't like.

On our last day there (before we flew out) we forgot to put it out the night before and early in the morning, without knocking, the maids walked in our room while we were still in bed.

The beds are small - I am 6'1, so my feet would come out of the bed if laying on my back.

We were ocean side and in the evenings there was entertainment so if you wanted to go to bed early forget it There were no dressers in room making us have to live out of a suit case all week.

I would suggest eating at Diletto every night if possible, and eating at the snack bar for breakfast, lunch and snack, as the buffet was not good.

The Italian Restaurant right next to the lobby bar is not a good location and the food had no flavor (definitely no garlic).

The restaurant food was excellent, both in quality, and also in presentation in the 2 fancier restaurants.

The restaurant was located right next to the bar in the lobby and the food was just OK.

At the price we paid we didn't feel too bad about going out to other restauants to eat, but we usually ate breakfast and lunch at the hotel.

The Reception Manager" if you can call her MANAGER, when i made the reservation the call center guy (The one how knows more tha me), told me the hotel has 3 pools, jacuzi, room services 24/7, live music in the lobby.

Pros: Good Breakfast, clean rooms, good maid service, good entertainment staff at the pool.

Uncrowded, at least for now, excellent service and friendly, helpful staff in all areas.
