Holiday Inn Buffalo-Downtown - 水牛城

The location for me was very good I was working close to the hotel and the front desk clerk was so nice.

We needed to stay here due to it's location in downtown Buffalo.

Although a convenient location to get to and to where I needed to be and also to see the Niagara Falls attractions and the price wasn’t bad, the room AC was outdated and ran either too hot or too cold.

Hotel is next door to a 24hr Walgreens and is on a bus line, although you probably won't need it since the hotel runs a shuttle bus service to the airport and to the Greyhound station should you need it.

A great airport shuttle and local shuttle as well.

The room was very clean, the bed extremely comfortable, the bathroom was of medium size and spotless.

In reality it was a room another room in a large chain just like all the rest but it was clean, the bed fine and everything worked just right.

The restaurant's breakfast was really really good.

Also, they give the Priority Club members a couple of drink coupons for the lounge, a bag of pretzels and a free breakfast from the resturant, that was a very nice touch.

Great food in the restaurant and always enough staff on duty.

We ordered rooms service for breakfast which was prompt and average food you’d get at an IHOP or Denny’s.

I don’t even think the restaurant was open for lunch.

Great service, great staff and the General Manager is top notch.

The front desk staff are super friendly and helpful, dinner is a fancy affair.

Hotel is well used, front desk staff appeared to be helpful and the rooms are clean.

The food good and a wonderful pool during the summer months.

With that kind of welcome I would sleep in the parking lot as I have been some places that were so nice yet such jerks at the check in.

It was so nice to have parking without hassle.

The hotel is near the trendy/bohemian Allen Street, good high speed internet as well.

Room was clean and restaurant staff were warm and friendly.

The front desk was courteous and the rooms were clean.

The hotel has two free internet stations, great service and the rooms were spacious and clean.

In addition clean rooms and friendly, free breakfast.

The cleaning service was fine, the room was very clean.
