It was clean, the bed was comfortable, and there were lots of pillows.
We were awakened at 6:03AM on the first morning to an alarm clock in the adjoining room which did not go off for 2 hours.
Later that day we asked to physically go with them to the room and make sure the alarm was off.
On a better note, inside the room was great.
The reservations were wrong when we got there and we had asked for a smokers room but the first night we stayed in a nonsmoking room, fairly nice ammenities etc.
We were able to tell our story to the nice receptionist on our way our and she offered us a complementary breakfast, but said she could not offer a refund since we paid the travel website and not the hotel directly.
We called the front desk 4 times to ask them to shut it off, but with no response (even after promises to take care of it).
We called the front desk and were told it would be taken care of.
My husband had to go ask for the key from the front desk and turn it off himself!
We arrived to a dance party in the lobby, and housekeeping vacuuming on our floor at 12:30 AM.
We were told this was not possible, but that the head of housekeeping would be notified and it would be taken care of.
