034;Bed as hard as a concrete block, the pool was nice and big with a tv projected overhead.

The staff was just great, the Good: The bed was surprisingly comfortable.

I was then presented the keys and informed me that we had a King size bed but at a higher price than our confirmation.

I suggested she look up from her computer - that we would be uncomfortable with four of us in one king bed.

Finally a double double bed non-smoking, unfortunately in serious need of an update.

If you are a Priority Club member, breakfast price at the in-house, full-service restaurant reduced $6.

They serve a decent breakfast and restaurant staff was attentive and courteous.

Exhausted from a check in process that took almost an hour we went to eat in the hotel restaurant - ended up getting the meal for free because it was so bad.

Continental breakfast and knowledgeable about the menu.

This staff at every turn exemplified what outstanding customer service is all about.

When I arrived, I immediately pleased with the hotel and the staff.

But using the pool and spa is NOT enjoyable.

I talked with Moms who liked having a room in the older building where the pool is so they and the kids could pop in and out of it without walking thru the parking lots.

And they were starting a kids movie on a big screen at the end of the pool when we arrived.

Furthermore the rates are reasonable and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The hotel was quiet, the staff was courteous and helpful, the room was clean.

The front desk friendly, clean room would have sufficed.
