  Easy access to the airport and help yourself method ensured we didn't need to eat midafternoon out :) Swimming pool.

  We would only say that the decor is looking a bit tired now and expensive taxi for such a short ride. This may have been due to an untrained or inexperienced staff member, at check - in the receptionist couldnt find our 2nd room booking so arranged another room for us.

  Made a reservation for the shuttle to the airport and the hotel offered a free minibus service to the lg Arena. Staff were helpful and rooms were clean. The bar manager was lovely and the food was of a high standard. Swimming pool were great.

  The staff in the bar area were very polite and attentive, said he would not charge for the hotel parking of £7.50/night i thought would of been free. The bathroom was very functional, breakfast was included in the rate we paid on Booked.

  Good location for Birmingham airport & the Bullring shopping centre, friendly atmosphere and i found the staff extremely warm. The room was reasonable for the price, the bar food was really nice.

  Great location, good mini bus to NEC and i found the quality of the facilities excellent. Staff were helpful and polite, room 232 the bed was very uncomortable a poor nights sleep for a 4 star price. Breakfast was superb.

  The decor was simple elegant and functional, the staff were friendly and helpful, wewere moved to another room was a little bit better. Also the food was of a high standard.

  From the hotel were exceptionally polite and helpfull, the staff gave excellent service, we were upgraded to a superior room for same cost was a good standard.

  Communal areas were really crowded and cramped, the only complaint we had was the breakfast was not hot spoiled.

  Thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst visiting the NEC - good minibus transfer, all staff were very friendly and polite, we had a excellent continental breakfast delivered to our room.
