Staff were helpful and polite, room 232 the bed was very uncomortable a poor nights sleep for a 4 star price.
The bar manager was lovely and the food was of a high standard.
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay whilst visiting the NEC - good minibus transfer, all staff were very friendly and polite, we had a excellent continental breakfast delivered to our room.

Especially the airport driver were kind and helpful, the meal was very good at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and the room was wrong standard on arrival than I paid for and had to be changed. Food at breakfast was nice, hot and fresh.

Excellent value for money, good front of house service staff and reception friendly and professional. Clean and comfortable room, jacuzzi all fabulous, we waited three quarters of an hour for a simple bar meal. Checkin very easy and the swimming pool great fun.

Hotel was clean and bright, the staff were positive and efficient. The bed was soooo comfy, the breakfast was very good hot and tasty.

The view from our bedroom window was of waste land, wasn't very pleasant and the bar man was a bit grumpy as we our group was blocking access to the bar.
